A 30 minute program that details 20 strategies for assuring
organizational success via maximizing selected components of care and service through
areas like customer service, plan of care process, customer satisfaction, community
involvement and awareness, assessments, decor, public relations, and related.
Pointers are given on how to consistently, at all staff levels, maximize care and service
for improved reimbursement. This is a great orientation program.

A 30 minute presentation that covers communication purposes,
relevance to all aspects of life, how dress communicates, non-verbal and verbal
communication, effect of speech, language, age, intellect, etc. on communications;
definitions, blocks and facilitators to interactions; emotions and communications;
therapeutic approaches and guides to improved interactions.
