Description of Site:

A large retreat site in main house on a 65 acre ranchette in the heart of Texas, near Luling, is available to you and your group on a weekly rental (minimum).  Sleeps 16 persons dormitory style in a five bedroom area with shared bath facilities.  Four beds are in each of four rooms and one bedroom features a double bed.  The expansive kitchen facility is available with or without cook and retreat care assistance.   Meeting space for the group can be set up if desired.  The setting is a rustic, lodge farmhouse type structure with vaulted ceilings.  Computer, fax, and telephone lines are available for a reasonable cost.  Designed for work or togetherness time with no distractions (e.g. horses, city attractions, swimming pools, etc.)

Costs:

Basic Cost:      $2,700.00 per week for site and sleeping facilities

Extra Costs:

* Office equipment
* Full service housekeeping - $500.00 weekly
* Meals prepared per day at a per person cost as negotiated
* Transportation as contracted
* Field or site-seeing trips as contracted
* Other as requested or contracted

Security Deposit:

$1,500.00 plus entire fee for the number of basic weeks at $2,700.00 plus special contracted services payable in advance.

Restrictions:

This lodge may not be booked to persons under 21 years of age.  Identifying data must be provided in advance.  The owners reserve the right not to rent the facility to anyone at their discretion.  The lodge may be entered by staff during any rental period as this is not an exclusive use facility.
