This multifaced and fast paced program is
designed to update your knowledge, skills and abilities, applicable to home health care,
regardless of your role in your agency. By the end of day one you should be able to: 1)
Explain the critical issues, trends, directions and standards impacting home care success;
2) Describe the processes critical to home care compliance (i.e. admissions, oasis,
accountancy, patient care); 3) Describe the documentation requirements for home care
today; and 4) Relate at least 5 tips for agency promotions, referral and patient
procurement.
